How do people make dubstep i have fl studio 10.0.9 and i was following a tutorial and mine turned out nothing like his would anyone be kind enuff to tell me some tips and some tutorials on how use fl studio.

I personally don't like dubstep but I'm pretty sure those DJ's or whatever you call them use professional equipment like most other musicians. Not just a program on your PC.

dubstep isnt just remix and mixing its also different types my friend makes dubstep with his fl studio but won't teach me how.

Programs: FL Studio (I use this)

Ableton Live (By the far the best, but VERY complicated)
^^(DeadMau5 Uses Ableton)
FM8
NI Massive 8/7
And Audo's HHX Pitch Corrector + You CAN just use a program, Reason 5 has over 250+ plugins to use instead of actual instruments.

I make dubstep but I use ableton as the audio is so much better. It maybe difficult to use but it gets so easy after a while of using it. I have givven many people one to one tutorials and now they are awsome. Hit me up with a pm if you want help
