Buy a saradomin sword bro. It's faster to hit, but bgs hits a little higher. It's your choice but i recomend not to.

Do not buy a BGS to train with.

If you're training Str, either SS or D scimmy.
If you're doing attack/defense then a whip.

Good luck on training.

It depends on your playing style. I don't really like the BGS because it's a slow weapon. I prefer faster weapons such as the whip or chaotic rapier.

The special attack is ok, but I wouldn't say it's worth buying just for that.

If you can only just afford it, don't get it. If you will have lots of money left over, get it.

It's not really a good training weapon. If you want a weapon to train attack/strength/defence get a whip, korasi or rapier.

Hope this cleared things up for you.

Either save up for the Saradomin Sword, try and get korasi, or just use a dragon scimitar.

Personally I'd save up for the Saradomin Sword.

Save it, or use it for skilling, you don't have to spend money when you have it
That was always my issue

The requirements to complete that quest are very, very difficult, you will need a lot more than 3M unfortunately, but good luck with this.
