I've known him for a while (not saying hes legit or a scammer i don't know enough about his business ethics) and he doesn't seem like he would scam. Also the gold badge doesn't prove any thing besides he donated. Plus its listed on Ebay so you could just buy it from there and if he does actually scam you simply dispute and report and you will get your $$ back.

I'f you read my post above you will see i personally know him and he is telling the truth about HTM and 7s. Also none of this really matters as its ebay and you take a risk on every buy. Its as simple as disputing if he scams you.
