Either,

1.) You gave him your email and pass, then he changed it

or

2.) Your computer got keylogged and you signed on to xbox.com and they hacked you that way..

People on hack fourms, jack tags, but i costs alot, but if i was you, phone microsoft and if you know enough about the account you can get it back

Ever heard of phishing?

My friend said i couldn't "hack" him, so i got his email on facebook, got the security question (dogs name) went back on facebook, found a photo oh his dog with its name tagged and voila, i recovered his account and he got "hacked"

Yea listen to this guy, all they will do is investigate it and lock it so no one can use it and if you can provide enough info then i think they email you the password reset link...
