GTNW = global thermo nuclear war.

It is a hidden game type that is most likely going to be released with the DLC.

By "infection", we mean that if you get into a GTNW game, you will be able to host a private match of that game type until you play a game that is not GTNW or until you turn off your xbox, sign out, etc..

Its a hidden game mode on the disc that people hack so you can play it. Infected means when you join a GTNW game after you leave if you hit private match you can host your own GTNW game. If you turn your Xbox off or go into a ranked game though you will lose GTNW and have to get into another game where someone is hosting it.
