Does anyone know a new way to sign into a banned xboxlive account to get your DLC?

If your account is banned, you can't sign into it. Plus, if you have already downloaded the content to your console. You should be able to play the content without a problem due to the fact that the license to it is assigned to your Xbox.

Yep this guy is correct !

My account was banned Y-day and i made a new one and my DLC still worked !

you will keep all the dlc's on your xbox until you get a new xbox
you will loose them if you downloaded the dlc's on a different xbox such as if you made the account on a original xbox downloaded all the dlc's on that xbox then got a slim you would lose all dlc's
same thing happend to me and i lost all my maps but license transferred of a friend
