The Samsung galaxy s2 has a 1.2 dual core processor and a super amoled plus screen. It has better specs than a iPhone 4s.

SGSII. It's been out for a long time but that doesn't mean it's bad, it's still a flagship device to this day and compared to WP7 it blows those toys out of the water.

WP7 is a great OS, and the Lumia 800 and 900 are simply the most beautiful phones I have ever seen. WP7 runs on less-capable hardware since it doesn't have the requirements that Android does. It's not all about specs anymore, and more about the cumulative user experience. Whether you should go with Android or WP7 depends on what you want from a phone.

For simplicity, ease of use, a beautiful (stock) OS and hardware, build quality, and battery life, WP7 is better. I don't think it gets enough appreciation as a platform.

If you want something extremely powerful (only if you know how to use it) with lots of customization, modifications, and a little less refined, Android is better.
