I think the teddy bears were just a fun thing they added. It's kinda like death cards but they don't do anything and you can't collect them. Just for fun! I know in CoD4 there's one in the TV at ChinaTown. They're kinda all over. It's just InfinityWard having fun putting stuff everywhere, the turret outside of Charlie Don't Surf. So yes, i think they'll have them in MW2. Maybe like in Zombies where the teddy bear is in the Mystery Box

Yeah I dont think theres really a big point to them just the creators messing around. There all over the place on cod4.

I know theres 1 on Bloc inside one of the 2 building on the lower floor.

1. They could have been orignally designed like the skulls in Halo 3, but after much consideration they decided not to add the options.
2. Just some random inside joke that IW has.
3. Might have done it to see what people would say. Nowadays players look for all sorts of things. IW might have done it as a gauge to see how much players really got into the game.

they have started to show up on MP maps as well they were added in when the hardcore headquarters was added to the game on the map ambush there is one near the tank here the A bomb next to the box every map now has one hidden up also in the MW2 teaser video there is one and i dont ever remember seeing them on any of the maps when everyone was on cod4 before WAW so im not sure what they mean some type of easter egg

You know I really don't know if it means anything at all, but it does look kinda funny when you snipe one in the face.
