Are you mentally retarded? Sorry.. but you're asking where the disk tray is it's always in the front of your desktop. or normally on the sides on a laptop.

Just a little question how old are you?

Your Steam's Icon is in your System Tray.

A system tray is the small icons at the bottom of your desktop. Right click one of those and do what is says.
