Okay, I've decided to make a separate rant about this than my mega rant.
It's not a popular issue, but it is a big one. Not only should someone of 'experience' on the site not be bashing people for being new, bad, nooby, etc. it's actually against the rules. Apparently those people spamming the introduce yourself page everyday don't read the rules themselves! Here's exactly what the rules say's!
3.7 If you are a long standing member, act like one; lead by example and assist other newer users rather than attacking them. We look upon our veteran users to use this opportunity to teach the newer users the appropriate way to conduct themselves in this community.
People who have such 'power', rep, post's, etc. you have an impact in SOME way. You're not here to bash the new users, but instead GUIDE them to a better, and much more productive line of posting and helping!
Not only that but you don't see Staff bashing/flaming other members for any reason unless they are breaking the rules! Even then it's rare. They just punish them accordingly and move on... Just like y'all can report them accordingly and move on. Simple as that.
So please, without more ranting as of now, please take this into consideration and together we can keep this post alive and hopefully make a difference!

Me personally, have never "bashed" any new person. always intruduced and made TTG look like a nice place to be. people shouldn't be bashing on no one, unless there trying to act like a girl and making account's(That's why there's a report button) . that's the only thing, but you still can't "bash" because it might be a girl, but there's so many :trollin: you'll never know. good rant though. -Seed

Yea you are right some of the people on TTG think they are the best ones or the most " respected " amongst others just because they have a really high post count and a colored name.
I see almost everyday people getting talked to badly on this site especially the new ones, and all everyone has to say to them is bad things.
Everyone should be treated the same!

I understand what you are saying I think allot of the older members tend to think they are to cool for everyone and ignore everyone except all "cool kids".
It is so ignorant of them they think just because of there post count/rep they rule the site which it isn't like that at all or shouldn't be at least.
