First of all, go to this download link [ Register or Signin to view external links. ] it is a direct link so it should just start to download.
You will get this:

Extract the one file in the zip to your desktop:

Open the file and follow the on-screen instructions:

After you have done these steps your computer will restart or it will give you the prompt to restart and you should do so.
Once your computer turns back on it will look like OSX Lion, hopefully people find a use for this
Virus Scan:
