I agree that the Mayan Calender theory is stupid. But what about things like the magnetic poles shifting and everything to do with mother nature which could be hazardous?

Right people, it's a fact that the world will end when the sun explodes in billions and billions and billions and billions of years from now.

Also, the Mayan's didn't even say the world will end, they just said that the 21st of December, 2012 is when one of their God's come back or something. Us, being abrupt humans twisted what they said and turned it into some big stupid conspiracy.

Billions of years is a bit over exadurated i'd say technology will get so advanced and dangerous it will wipe out the world in a thousand or so years. Just my opinion.

You could've turned the world into a nuclear playground 60 years ago. Technology will evolve with socialism, it always does.
