It's apparently fake, but it does however look quite professional...

I'm going to say that it is fake, since it will probably be a popular game, a lot of people will try and make a lot of Main menus and make them look as real as possible just to mess with people.

It will look professional because they wouldn't want it to look fake, so they will try and put some effort into the making of a fake main menu..

its fake plain and simple because they would not change campaign to story(not even with he mode at end) and the would mostly not change the layout

it's fake its mw3 and mw3 main menu only with a treyarch logo no treyarch game has a menu with a line on the left its all open a big bow not a smaller rectangle then bigger this is clearly fake look at black ops menu and waw they dont use ifinitywards menu layout

IDK, i remember the black ops main menu was leaked right after it was revealed and i didnt think it was real, but it was.
