I was doing a little exploration of the default_mp.xex file and I stumbled upon this:
So it appears that playlist updates just handle the playlists while the "ezpatches" handle the DVAR resets. If anyone has any additional information about playlist updates and ezpatches please let me know!
I'm looking for a way to prevent playlist updates and ezpatches from being fetched when I sign onto xbox live and pick a gametype to start matchmaking. If you know how to do this PLEASE let me know. Thanks!
