Learn to read the requirements. You can't have ANY copyright strikes. You will never have a partnership chance on that channel with copyright strikes. YouTube/Networks take them very seriously. I'm partnered with vultra and they are a very nicely run network, you just didn't meet the requirements

I would go for the 750. That is their requirement, so go for it! Just post a few videos more constantly, and hope for the best!

It could be possible. We are considering partnering somewhere with only 700. Don't quote me on that though, but if you want you can watch the video on my profile page here and then visit me on YouTube and message me on Skype.

We cant partner copyright channels as you will get into legal troubles. The reason why some people with 4.1 views are partnered as they are directors who have done a good job and we have rewarded them with partnership.

Sorry We only declined you to save you the legal problems and its doesnt matter if you just delete them as you clearly do not understand copyright so you will end up posting even more copyrighted content
