no it was a moderator that told me why my xbox live account got banned and hes was talking to me about things and i pick up on that because i modded red dead. he also said it was against the code of conduct to be talking to me about that stuff to

What i think happened, enjoy:

he started crying when a modder didnt spawn him a car he was whinging about for 5 mins and instead the modder started setting him on fire. he decides to make this sh*t story up as he is fed up of modders but doesnt realise that R* make more money from the game because of people buying it to mod it.
