So I want to upgrade my headset and the new A50's just got announced today and are being released in July. As I was skimming through the article I had noticed that it had noted that they are fully wireless and to mute the mic you put it in the upright position like the PC360's. Since this headset doesn't hook via a wired connection can I use it at events? Does the why you mute the mic lower the overall quality of the mic? How long does the average battery on the wireless A40's last? And finally how would it being programmable, like the PX5's, affect the sound quality? If you could answer any of these questions, thanks in advance.

They're still not better then the Turtle Beach PX3/PX5/XP500's

Nothing is ever going to beat the programmable sound, unless you've heard it, you don't know how amazing it is.

Most events don't allow wireless headsets for whatever reasons, if you plan to be attending events and stuff you'll need a wired headset.

It has programmable sound and better drivers than the PX3/PX5/XP500's, I was wondering if they were better than the Wired A40's. Plus, if my PX5's didn't brake I wouldn't be in this predicament.
