my laptop is a intel core i3 2330m @ 2.2GHz 4gb RAM and intel HD graphics and it runs most maps smoothly

It wont run smoothly due to such a bad CPU being in it.

I would never stupid enough to buy an alienware I brought a case bundle and built it up.

Corsair DDR3 dominator ram @ 1600Mhz
Gtx 480
875w Alienware power supplly
This system runs any CoD game maxed out easy. Even battlefield 3 runs smooth maxed out
so don't be quick to assume.

but i couldnt build one because i have a budget of 600 and i need windows 7 monitor keyboard + mouse + speakers so i wouldnt be able to build a good one... so can you build me one with all of the things included if possible

Yeah i'm from the uk but if your budget is 600 and you want a monitor, mouse & keyboard and stuff you should really be looking at building yourself one.
I'd do my alienware, Samsung monitor (1920x1080), mouse keyboard and speakers for about 1000 so like a said your best bet with that budget is building your own.
