Dispense with This Achievement for Minecraft - Xbox is blocked or something for me, i have crafted about 4-5 Dispensers, is there a difference between constructing and crafting?

Any tips to fix this as it is the final achievement i need to max Minecraft gamerscore.

i got the same problem but with the cake one . i think its called the lie or something . its really annoying
