Hey guys so I live in Australia but I have a US account because I got it given to me from someone living in America.I want to buy bf3 premium so I need to buy 4000 microsoft points. Credit cards don't work because you cant do the billing address's because you can only select an American state. So that means I have to buy a microsoft points card. But the thing is they are all region locked.
So my question is, what region card do I buy? I am pretty sure from what I have read so far that I have to buy a US region code.

Remember: US account, living in Australia.

Buy a MSP card for your country and go to xbox website (whatever it is for your country). Next sign into your account then go to your account, find where it says redeem code and type it in.
It should work I had the same problem, same country and all, so it worked for me, hope it work for you

First, if you did not create the account, and therefore are not the owner of the account, it is a violation of the Terms of Use to transfer ownership. Can result in a banned account. Account regions cannot be changed, and points, games, DLC are all region specific. A US account in Australia is useless. Create a new account, based in Australia, and go from there. Purchasing anything on a US account in Australia, will not work, XBox support cannot change this either. It simply is not possible.
