Before you laugh at me I've been banned for several weeks on TTG and I haven't been playing much MW3. So knowing that, what's a CMR Lobby and can I get banned for it?

Basically it is god mode and vault modes there are CMR mods that can be done in private match however online CMR mods can be taken online (tutorial somewhere in this forum) and you get the custom mods taken to online therefoer means you can get tons of xp /ect in mins and it stays
