Download 'IAP CRACKER' this allows you to get in-app purchases for free.
Although, it is illegal, like many things on Cydia.

Thanks for the quick reply but i have done that and the purhcases dont seem to be sticking its a server sided game i thinks

In that case, you may have to look further online, maybe for a Cydia source that allows you to purchase cheats for the game.
