Peripherals & Monitor: 21 Inch Samsung LED HD w/ HDMI

Aesthetics: Good looking case. Not to flashy that when I sleep it gives me nightmares. I don't really care about LEDs. Something that is not really loud like the Xbox 360 Pro.
Rebates/Promos: What do you mean
Details: Computer that's fast as hell. But not to overpowered if you know what I mean. Runs games on 67 FPS +. Runs everything smoothly.
This build has a whole lot of flexibility. $3,000 is HUGE on its own, so I shot for that, if not less. I can easily bring the price way down without losing too much performance where it counts. This is, in my eyes, pretty much the ideal build right now. The only thing I would really change if I could would be to step the 2GB GTX 670s to 4GB cards as SLI does not combine the VRAM. Everything has to be stored on both cards. Here it is:

The 3770K is out of stock on Newegg, so Amazon/Tigerdirect was the alternative. This could be changed to a 2600K no problem. Money well-saved, in my opinion, but the budget allows for the 3770K.
32GB of RAM because this budget allowed for it. I'd advise you step it down if you won't be using it because it's pointless. More RAM does not make your computer faster. It only makes programs that use use it run faster, and few do. Some examples are Photoshop, C4D, After Effects, AutoCAD, Realflow, etc. Professional-level software, basically.
The dual 670s will eat any game out there for breakfast, even at this high resolution. I'd say the two 670s are the most anyone should need right now with a single monitor. I would also prefer a single high-resolution monitor to three in an Nvidia Surround or Eyefinity setup. 670 SLI benchmarks:

The color scheme I used for this build is classy black and white, no silly LEDs which do not befit this system. I chose the Fractal Define XL, but you have plenty of options. This build will easily fit into a standard ATX case, but I chose a full-tower in case you wanted to expand in the future with a foray into water cooling. You could go for the NZXT Switch 810, Cooler Master HAF X (*gag*), Corsair 800D, whatever you want. With this budget and such a drop-dead gorgeous rig, I'd opt for this honey of a case:

That's a Define XL with a full acrylic side panel. I cant think of a single case I would prefer to this one, absolutely stunning. If you do get this case, these top-notch cables from Corsair would just top everything off:

I'm salivating. This would be one for the books.
I chose the Phanteks CPU cooler because it's practically a Noctua NH-D14 but easier on the eyes. You could go with a black one if you want, either would look amazing in this build.
A Blu-Ray burner was included for the hell of it. If you want Blu-Ray support, go for it. If not, get a regular DVD burner like this one: [ Register or Signin to view external links. ]
I included a Samsung Spinpoint F3 1TB mechanical hard drive for a media/storage drive. You can add more of these if you want more capacity now or in the future. Your budget allows for it.
Crucial M4 256GB because you MUST have an SSD at this budget. This one's the cream of the crop.
The Yamakasi Catleap I included is basically a Dell U2711 ($800) for $310. They use the same LG S-SIPS 2560 x 1440 panel, along with the 27" iMac. For the price, you simply can do no better. It's completely legitimate and well-documented. Here's a link to the club on OCN: [ Register or Signin to view external links. ]
For this price, I'm sure you can work in a legitimate copy of Windows 7. But if you need help with it or any other software, shoot me an email or AIM me.
This is the build of your dreams, I can only hope you're serious with this budget. Tell me if you'd rather spend more or less!
Yes I am very serious about the budget I put up. Thank you for the information![/spoil]
You could really go with any case that you want.

What if I get a much cheaper case (as it doesn't really matter that much to me) and upgrade something else like the GPU?

I was wondering which Graphics card would perform better, have better cooling, be quieter, and use less power. I'm currently looking into playing battlefield on ultra with decent fps (My PSU is an XFX pro series 650w 80+ bronze).
XFX Radeon HD 7850 Double D
[ Register or Signin to view external links. ]
OR
Zotac GeForce GTX 560 Ti AMP!

I'm thinking XFX is better, correct me if I'm wrong. If you have any suggestions of other graphics cards please be more than welcome to share ($300 CAN Budget)

XfX has amazing warranty. The 7850 is a better GPU. Out of the two, the 7850 uses less power but both will run fine off of a quality unit like a 650w XfX. Honestly, though, I'd recommend the 7850 mainly due to the increased vRAM - you'd be surprised how important this is actually is becoming.

If you want a lower price, change the processor to the Intel i5 2500k, and the Power supply to the Corsair TX 650, and get the G400 Mouse.
With that the price will be ~1433

Battlefield: Ultra
