its fake becasue of the new messageing system you have to lines of message instead of one, and like someone done on youtube, just pressed space bar like 30times then dont this mod mark: so it looks like this

100% fake. Look at the very right of the picture. On the chat it shows he said "From..." My friend used to do this to me saying that he was a random player and offered me like 300 Billion GP. -.- just don't trust that guy, more than likely a phishing site.

Its fake mate, I was talking to will miss it, and he said, he he got one via his runescape mail.
