It'd either be my underwater house in the sky, my water slide(sounds dumb? Look up a minecraft waterslide on youtube. There are some really cool ones), my automatic TNT cannon that continues shooting forever until stopped manually, my creeper pit(pit where you drop people into. It is filled with creepers. Works with other monsters too.), or my obsidian trap several layers thick in all directions.

My 200 by 200 stone town filled with regular town buildings(store, town hall, small houses, fire house& police + more), then my freebuild area full of friends creations and my pixel art and my cave house that starts at the top of a mountain and breaks into rooms going almost near bedrock.
