Okay, so before I go into this I'm not complaining about any Astro headsets, I'm complaining about the company.

Four business days ago, just under a week ago, I ordered a pair of A40's and they have yet to be even shipped. I ordered the on their official website so not from just some random douche bag on Ebay or Amazon. They state on their website after you order them that it "may" take two business, which is understandable but come on! I pay $250.00 for your top of the line product and another $15.00 for standard five day shipping which normally costs $3.00. Are you serious? You know what's even better? In the email they send you every day telling you that it has yet to be shipped the send you to a support page that requires you to log in. An hour ago I made an account and I can't even log in on it. Do you just want to **** me? I mean seriously. You have to be one of the shittiest companies I have had to deal with.
