Did you extract the game save from your HDD? the .bin?
After you have done that you have to open up the .bin in horzion move over to content and extract the "savegame.dat" move the savegame.dat to the directory to where the program is
open up the program and hit decompress a new file should be there named decompressed.txt

Nope, you extract everything out of the winrar application onto your desktop, move the savegame.dat onto your desktop. make sure it has no capitals in the filename

It Keeps Saying: Make Sure You Have The savegame.dat In The Current Directory Before Decompressing And I Did Every Thing Right

It will always say that, it's just a warning. It should work, is there a decompressed.txt in your directory? If you have teamviewer i can help you
