I see your point but i disagree; yes, it says in the rules that recoveries are not recommended, but i believe the ones with high replies with lots of comments saying 'legit' usually means they are legit.
If you are completely sure they are legit, then its fine, but if your not, then dont do it as its up to you - I believe they are just trying to help the community, rather than take peoples account, which could get their xbox banned .... (The ones which normally are legit)

even though your right they are not allowed but people giveing the guy the info take a risk anyways of getting banned for this because you got 0 days played and ur whatever rank and poeple who post legit there showing proof often are legit and dont steal there account they should atleast leave some of them to host recoveries so people can get there 10th prestige accounts up but the hoster takes risk of life ban or console ban so do other people like people who host dead island mod shop GTA IV scripts me and mw2 cod 4 and cod w@w mod menus and xp lobbies
