I got into a random lobby on COD4 and when we got into the pregame lobby I wasnt able to use perks such as: Stopping power, deep impact, steady aim, extreme conditioning, juggernaut, 3x frags and stuns, RPG etc. I really need stopping power since I always snipe in COD4. Does anyone know how I would be able to get these perks back? I am max level and when I go to the perk in the menu it just has a padlock on it but it doesnt have a certain level to unlock it. It is just blank. Please help, I am not able to play the game and enjoy it because of this.
