Different drives need different tools so you'd have to look or find out specifically what drive you have.

Define "Easy" and how much skill you have. Slims still have different drives to it varies between them and might cost more.

Snapped what...? All you need to do is take the xbox apart until you can see the disc drive.

You don't need to be an expert at all, the cables are color coded, your SATA cavle (mine is red) goes in a red port on the motherboard of your PC, easy enough.

Then you follow a tutorial, push a few buttons and you're done.

Did you twist it thats what you need to do not pull it if your talking about the magnet

I did twist but the magnet is sharp and the black part is easy to break for me
