Can I be a verified for challenge lobby recoveries by the staff?

As of now, no. it states in the rules not to ask to be verified.

I know Thrive (TU7Rentals) rents but it is still against the rules to charge on this website.

Yeah, there is a lot of fake lobbies asking for MSP etc.
Some people have been renting now from Trammell & Potato Head that are legit. Hopefully some rules will change. They need a lobby verifier badly!

i know they won't, but should make a Sticky on ways to tell if the CL is fake,
i did put a post a while ago on the five ways to tell if the post is fake, but
it didn't really get noticed that much.

I know I always see people posting about how they got scammed.
