When someone finds a slime could they do a test for me?

I have reason to believe slimes only split when their health reaches exactly 0. Your fist does half a heart so that's always true and the bow does 2 hearts of damage which is also true.

I need someone to try using a wooden and gold sword though to see if those cause a slime to split.

Tried this out myself, it's wrong.

Slimes only split when your hands or a bow is used.

probably a really stupid question.. but when using the tools it shows me the chunks where tehy appear but how do i find them on my map?!

Use your map and then go to the area you are looking for. The first number in the tools is X and the second is Z

Exactly. Just dig from the X and Z values between the green chunk.

Quick question...I used both tools to find slime chunks , just to check for consistency you know. And I found that while using the EXACT same seed, I was given different coordinates for slime chunks. In the 2nd link, it says to "Click to Verify Findings". This took me to the 1st link, so should I go by what that link gave me or what the 2nd link gave me?
