ok I've seen a lot of people right something then put their name at the end say for instance someone was introducing themselves then someone would say:
"welcome to the site"

-(TTG username)

i just wanna know why people do that because i don't see a point in doing it, we can clearly see your name when you reply to something you don't have to put your TTG username at the end. i hope I'm not trying to be mean, i just need to know why people do this

i don't know if anyones made a topic about this so yeah..

i think people either do it for style points or a cheap way to bypass the character limit?
