So I was trying to record with Debut Professional but it wouldn't recongnize my Dazzle so I went to Devices & Printers and then it showed the Dazzle there but it said update version required or something like that.

So I troubleshoot but then nothing comes up.

Any help?

Also I have Windows 7.

Have you installed the latest drivers from the site?.. If not try that

I had the same problem. dowload the latest drivers.
