Either you're running a hacked client and it's a error on your side, or the server is lagging or down.
If this is your server it can be a connection error/permission error.
Also this belongs in the mc discussion..

I know, I know, but it would've taken hours to get help there. Anyway, I dont have a hacked client, and the server it fine

Delete your jar and download a fresh jar from minecraft, or backup your older jar with the mods on it, and install a new one. It's probably your jar file.

Then if you can connect to TTG and respond to the thread, it's probably not your connection. Looks like the server and nothing can be done till they restart.
