Yeah mine is. I have to be at work at 2AM, so I just deiced to stay up playing Xbox until then.

Maybe put a lock on ur computer at a certain time, so you have nothing to do nd will just go to bed

Mine is also. Don't know what time I fall asleep at, don't know when I wake up, I just fall asleep and wake up at random times.

ZZZquil! Its a new NyQuil that makes you fall to sleep and its none addictive! I've never tried it but it sounds pretty helpful!

Mine is way beyond messed up.

I go to bed at like, 6AM, then I wake up at like, 4PM.

Its super unhealthy, but I'm working on getting to bed earlier. :C

Don't watch TV, use your computer, or play video games at night. Because it causes your mind to think it's still light out and keeps you up. I had the same problem.
