It is very good I would just try to upgrade the ram even though 8gb is enough. But I really don't see why you would need to overclock it.

What are you using that processor for? If it's for gaming it's pointless.
Why just the 660? Get the 660 TI.
No SSD?
I have trouble believing you're actually going to buy this.

If it's just for gaming there's no need for the processor, very few games are optimized for quad core processors, never mind 6 cores, You should get more than 8GB RAM if you're gonna spend that much, 16 or 24GB. And also I cannot believe you would consider buying a PC like without at least a 128GB SSD.
