You can't 'try' this. It's a random glitch it happens now and then.

haha Im thinking a a zombie pigman spawner in the overworld by modding in a mob spawner, which spawns pigs and have it high up so when lighting comes it may hit the pigs

give that a go

your lying because to have this happen lightning needs to strike a pig which came out months after.

I have had this happen to me. It was cool but not as cool as a charged creeper.

I was derping around when the difficulty was on hard and a creeper got stuck by lightning.
