This is the last thing I'm gonna say, you've clearly got money to blow, I was bored so pulled a little something together. Close ish to your budget minus a few peripherals, but those are your choice and I suck with keyboards and mice. Sorry, when I clicked checkout to take the screenie some item pictures didn't show up. You have a super poor choice in peripherals and audio equipment (a razer headset seriously?).
Since you insist on spending a lot of money you might as well buy the best peripherals you can. For a keyboard you should certainly look into buying a mechanical as they SO much better than the rubber dome based keyboards which you probably use now (the anansi is a terrible keyboard and for the price you're being ripped off). I use a CM Storm Trigger which is available in majority of the different switch types (Blue/Red/Brown/Black. From the looks of your specs this is a gaming build, so you should look at keyboards that use Red/Brown/Black switches NOT the razer blackwidow (Blue switches are not meant for gaming, also to mention that razer build quality is terrible). Mechanical keyboards are more on the pricey side but with them you are paying for the build quality and the durability you get from them.

I'm not too good with mice but you should look at Logitech G500/Cosair M60 (feel free to scold me on that generation/r00t). Razer mice are known to have issues with scrolling and dual clicking so it's best to avoid them again but you can go for a deathadder which is a decent mouse coming from razer.
For headphones visit r00t's topic (link below), he'll find you the best headphones for your money and probably suggest just to buy a zalman clip-on mic for voip functionality.
