Well, you'll be able to run some low end games on the low to lowest settings. Minecraft you will need to mess around with the settings to run "ok."
If it has a PCI-e slot on the motherboard and at least a 450-550 watt Power supply, you might be able to invest in a graphics card that is around 100-150 if that's in your mind, but before you do that you should see if your Processor will bottleneck what card you could get.

Also, those saying that it's a rip off, cheaper computers are like this, to think that you're paying about $100 for the OS I would think.

not much with that graphics card, you have done a mistake many people want to do when they want to get into pc gaming, you rushed it, you should have just saved up about 800gbp and bought a good spec one or built one if you feel like you know what your doing
