Rank Up. 1 Every Level. Then press Select if on (XBOX) and you can choose from your skill tree. I think that's what you're asking.

Each time you level up, you'll get one skill point which you can assign to the skill of your liking. To advance to the next tier of skills, you need to spend 5 skill points in the tire before it.

You need to advance a few levels at the start of the game before you are given access to a few things, one of which is the skill point system. By level 6 or 7, you should be on your way to raking up skill points in no time. Just complete a few side quests for the British guy in the cowboy hat to get some quick XP to level up fast.

Yeah you need to be 5 i think then you get your first one to unlock a skill. (level up a bit more and you;; get it)
