Take the picture/gif you want to show us and upload it to a image hosting website.

ie. imageshack, tinypic, photobucket.

Then just use the URL they give you and post it here.

If it is animated then go to File >>> Save for Web and Mobile Devices.

Or something like that.

Save it on your desktop so you can find it easily and then upload it.

Or if it isn't animated then just hit Save As and save it as a JPEG or the format of your choice.
