hey just downloaded neighborhood and i cant open it, i right click it and it just says. cut, copy, creat a shortcut, no open or nothing. and a shortcut for it says its a .ink file can anyone help please...

You need a setup file for that, u just got that file from someone on skype im guessing

no i have the full setup ect the 5 part and then extract and then the setup comes up ive done the setup and the neighborhood logo is on my desktop but cant open it or nothing
