i have 45k but tuck between bbva or bpl any suggestions?

Well I went for BPL since I'm english and assuming you are, it'll be easier for you to understand what players to get since you'' have more knowledge of teams ;D

How about Bundesliga? there are some good skillful players in there and some are really cheap.
