It's just a glitch in the system, It will probably be patched in the next dash update.

Yeah it's a glitch, if you kick someone out of your party and put the party on invite only, they can keep on joining back.

No, I didn't leave the party because I went away for a little bit and my friends in the party got off. I forgot to leave the party and started playing a game and it said "Oxrn Has Joined Your Xbox Live Party" then I said wtf? then he left and came back in and left again, so I left the party and came on here posted this.

And I have 100/100 friends, so that explains it.
