Ban your profile from online is most likely after the MW3 episode. Tbh I think those were due to people editing stats and not the fact they played early.

I personally don't think anything will happen. Been online with EVERY cod game per release and nothing. Not even a reset.

Really? You Are One Of The FEW that have been banned then.

Many of my buddies have been online since it leaked (2-Days) Some With Legit Copies some
with flashed ones. Its All A Matter Of How You Go About it And you probably was already Flagged/On The Ban List.

Well actually I was playing on a flashed console with my phones mobile hot spot and was in a party on an account I didn't care about and I got off that Xbox got on my retail non flashed or mods and it got banned and it was on my home network which makes no since right!!!
