so i am trying to add customs skins to cod 4 and its simple enough i know but when i try and make the localized_english_aw07.iwd file in the main folder it doesn't give me an option to make a winrar zip archive only a new folder. and if i make it on the desktop and move it in it doesn't change to a iwd file and when i try making the images folder it doesn't let me.

so can anyone help me.
