Yes it is, you should have no problem with it at all, you should be able to run perfect quality when you game with no problem, but if you have shit internet connection this wont help your online gaming.

Will it be good for Arma 2 and BF3.And my Internet connection is great.

Yeah bro you will be fine, any gfx card can run a gaem remember that, but with the one your buying your graphic quality should be good

Not sure about Arma 2 but i think it gets about 40 FPS on Battlefeild on ultra. And the i5 is fine for games. Most games don't need a really good GPU. BTW the higher the screen resolution the lower the FPS when playing.
