This is the ticket that I submitted to elgato 4 days ago!

I have recently bought your elgato game capture device. I bought it due to the feedback and reviews that are everywhere.
I am experiences major problems with either the device or the software.

I have connected the device up as followed :
HDMi from Xbox to Capture Device
HDMi from HDTV to Capture Device
USB from Device to Laptop

I can run the software and device fine but, As soon as I press record, the software will freeze for a second or two and then go back to being normally and starts recording my gameplay. But when I click stop recording then a window opens almost instantly with the following message

"There is an issue with Elgato Game Capture HD. Windows is finding a solution to the problem" Then it force closes the software and I cannot open it again. The video I was recording does not save.

I spent a lot of money on this device so I am hoping for a response soon.

So yeah, That is basically the problem... As you can see I am pretty pissed off as my PC does meet the requirement.
