To fix the 10th Prestige Lvl55 Glitch is to do the following;

1) Go to Find Match
2) Party Games>Sharpshooter
3) Make sure search preferences are on BEST
4) Try to get in a lobby yourself and invite people so you are host.
5) Play out the match and you should be Master Prestige.
